2026 CLSC Junior Sailing Camp (July 13-18)
CLSC’s Junior Sailing Camp is an educational program offered every summer at Carter Lake, open to participants ages 8 to 17. Campers will learn basic sailing knowledge, boating safety, knots, boat rigging, and fundamental sailing techniques. See below for more details on the specific skills and topics covered.
Camp Schedule:

Cost:
$395 (Non-members) & $295 (CLSC Members)
Location:
Carter Lake Sailing Clubhouse and Carter Lake Reservoir
Registration Process:
Non-members can apply for the Junior Sailing Program by completing this short application form, which will open on Saturday, March 14, at 8 am. Please note: If you click the form link before that time, you will see a message stating that the form is “no longer accepting responses.” This is intentional and prevents submissions until the scheduled opening date and time.
Applications are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting the form unfortunately does not guarantee a spot if applications exceed the available spaces at the time. Applications that fall within the camp’s capacity based on submission order will be contacted by email to confirm their spot(s). At that time, you’ll need to complete the full registration form and submit payment within two weeks to secure your child(ren)’s spot(s).
Once the camp reaches capacity, access to the application form will be turned off, and this waitlist form will be made available.
