Registration is now open for the Carter Lake Sailing Club 65th Open Regatta that will take place on Saturday and Sunday, June 1 and 2. This year’s Regatta is also the site of the Santana 20 Mountain Region Championship. Forecasted fleets are Santana 20, J22, Portsmouth, PHRF A and PHRF B. The split between PHRF A and B will be a handicap of 195.

As in past years, registration for participating in the race, for buying Saturday evening’s dinner tickets and for purchasing a Regatta t-shirt and/or UPF shirt will be via “My Regatta Network” at https://www.regattanetwork.com/html/myrn.html 

Event registration is $70 through May 16. After May 16, cost of registration goes to $85. Registration cost covers racing in the Regatta, Saturday and Sunday breakfast for you and your crew and snacks and beverage at the Awards Ceremony.

Saturday evening’s meal will feature BBQ from Nordy’s in Loveland. Cost of $25/person includes two meats, beans, cole slaw, mac ‘n’ cheese, dessert and a beverage.  

The club will be offering two types of Regatta shirts: 1) short-sleeve t-shirts and 2) long-sleeve UPF shirts. Cost is $20 for t-shirts and $25 for UPF shirts. Adult sizes only: S, M, L, XL and XXL.

Steps to register to race:

  • Click on the calendar tab located on the far left of the dark blue bar at the top of the page.
  • Scroll down until you find “06/01/24” and “Carter Lake Sailing Club 65th Annual Open Regatta.” (Events are listed by dates of event.) 
  • Click on “Register Online” located to the right of the event name.
  • Fill in all required information and click on the dark blue “Enter My Registration” button at the bottom of the page.
  • Once you register to race, you will be given an opportunity to purchase Saturday evening dinner tickets and/or event shirts.
